Under normal circumstances, rocket launches are for one-time use, so the cost is relatively high. In order to improve this situation, many countries have carried out research on how to reduce costs. If the rocket can be recovered after it is launched, and the launch can be continued after the repair is completed, the rocket launch cost can be greatly reduced. In the recovery rocket program, the frequently used recovery program is vertical return. Compared with land recycling, marine recycling has more technical problems and technical difficulties. This paper studies the rocket booster's vertical return to the offshore platform, analyzes its technical indicators, and discusses related technologies, proposes measures to solve this type of problem, and provides references for Chinese researchers to study related content.
