This paper adopt the fractional derivative approach to formulate the fractional-order transportation networks, which considers the propagation dynamics and the users' behaviors in terms of route choices. We then investigate the controllability of the fractional-order transportation networks by employing the PBH rank condition and the QR. The problem of controller position and number in fractional-order transportation networks is solved. Finally, we illustrate two numerical examples vaslidate the theoretical analysis.
