In order to ensure the continuous airworthiness and improve the safety level of aircraft during the operation phase, civil aircraft manufacturers need to carry out operational safety risk identification and control work in advance. This paper introduces the civil aircraft operational safety risk management methods and processes, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk treatment and other methods and processes, and also provides a risk index algorithm to characterize the fleet operational safety posture and provide risk warning.
