We demonstrated a threshold-reduced compact terahertz-wave parametric oscillator, which uses high performance mirrors. It achieved threshold intensity reduction of 23%. We obtained THz-wave radiation in the range of 0.96 to 3 THz, thereby enhancing the output energy.
