In this paper, a novel kind of structure-based high-efficiency rectifier for wireless power transfer (WPT) was presented. The impedance matching network of this structure consists of two microstrip lines. The output impedance is zero at the higher harmonics and unlimited at the fundamental frequency for impedance-matching. The simulation results of the designed rectifier show that the relative bandwidth is 41.7 % (1.9-2.9 GHz) at 2 dBm power input, and the electrical power efficiency of conversion (PCE) of RF to DC exceeds 50 %. The simulation efficiency remains over 60% across the frequency range from 1.95 to 2.85 GHz (including Wi-Fi). The RF to DC conversion efficiency at 2.4 GHz is more than 40% across an extensive selection of input power of -15 to 2 dBm. The rectifier also generated an best rate for converting of 75.47% at a given input power level of 2 dBm.
