Aiming at the problem of the loss of the ship's propulsion system caused by the load fluctuation under the complex working conditions of the ship, a fuel cell ship energy management strategy based on the moving average transformation is proposed for the fuel cell hybrid ferry. Firstly, the original independent battery is optimized to make the power system form a composite energy storage system. Secondly, the moving average transformation is used to divide the frequency of the ship's power signal, and the low-pass filter is used to move the frequency-divided low-frequency power to the battery. The part of the stable power is moved to the fuel cell, and part of the high-frequency power load is borne by the supercapacitor. Finally, a Simulink simulation model is established to verify the proposed algorithm. The improved ship energy management strategy can effectively improve the operating efficiency of ships and improve the operating economy, which provides a strong reference for actual operation.
