Under the guidance of Thailand 4.0 policy, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) manufacturing is an important industry development direction. As a good neighbor and partner of Thailand, China has made remarkable achievements in the development of BEV industry. Meanwhile, converting Internal Combustion Engine Vehicle (ICEV) to BEV is a promising field for Sino-Thai cooperation. Through literature review, six key indicators affecting transportation route evaluation were obtained, and five transport routes were developed through online data collection as well as obtained detailed data on five quantitative indicators. Basing on Entropy weight-TOPSIS method, 6 relevant factors which determined by literature review has been calculated. At the end, the researcher has given some advice to stakeholders.
