Modern cellular networks can act as a control and/or data transmission channel between the drone and the operator. In this case, it is necessary to provide needed QoE and security level. The paper contains an analysis of the quality of service for subscribers of cellular networks in Ukraine in order to determine the effectiveness of their functioning and security for drone communications. To improve the security level a method of network-centric monitoring and response to cyberincidents was developed for the 5th generation mobile networks. This method is to improve the architecture of cellular communication networks by introducing an additional security functions and sequentially collecting information about the occurrence of cyberincidents in the cellular network, identifying types of cyber-attacks, objects and the degree of influence, responding to cyber-attacks and storing information about cyberincidents in a specialized database, which allows real-time monitoring of the state of cybersecurity, increasing its level and the effectiveness of cellular network.
