Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, referred to as drones, are aerial platforms that fly without a human pilot onboard. UAVs are controlled autonomously by a computer in the vehicle or under the remote control of a pilot stationed at a fixed ground location. In this paper, design of a manned drone which can carry a human for short distances in comfort and safety it has got all electric, fully redundant in the system which ensures if any of the four armed crafts four propellers stop working, It can still get you back down on the ground safety. It cabin its built using wood and other components are crafted from aluminium alloy. The basic prototype is designed with solid works software and after performance data charts, driver sensitivity testing, structural testing, fabrication will be done. Detail structural and vibration analysis and specialized design of the control board for the manned drone is done.
