This paper proposes a parking demand regulation model in megacities, with consideration of car ownership, purchase restriction, differentiated parking space supply, and charging. Based on the Big data of parking in Shenzhen, the optimization configuration standards of parking space were obtained: 1) The allocation indicators for residential parking spaces should be improved to meet the demand for rigid parking; 2) The allocation indicators for office parking spaces should be lowered to suppress the demand for travel parking; 3) Combined with the factors closely concerned with car travel and parking fee prices, we proposed optimization suggestions for parking fee standards, based on the usage of typical parking lots and the operation of surrounding road traffic.
