As the degradation of resources and environmental issues continues to worsen. This paper investigates a regenerative braking control strategy for a pure electric commercial vehicle with the goal of improving driving range. We need to calculate and select the relevant parameters of the motor and battery that match the design model according to the requirements of the design indicators. We need to establish and validate the overall vehicle model to ensure that the vehicle's economy and power performance meet the design standards. The experiment shows that the regenerative braking control strategy not only ensures braking safety, but also significantly improves the driving range of the vehicle.
