A new semiconductor high-resolution microwave room-temperature spectrometer has been developed in the Prague during 2004-2005. This simple mm-spectrometer makes possible Doppler limited as well as sub-Doppler resolutions. Accuracies of well developed lines are better then 109. The scientific program of the Prague laboratory is focused to atmospherically important species with a significant hyperfine structure of rotational levels.
