In the hardware-in-loop real-time simulation of aircraft flight control system is crucial for realizing real-time communication of cockpit control boxes by choosing a right communication network mode. A distributed communication scheme integrated CAN bus and Ethernet is designed by using an embedded data collector controller as the data transfer station, and a modular software program is developed to realize the scheme. Finally, the Iron Bird test shows that this simulation system meets the real-time and reliability demands, and also has good maintainability and extensibility.
