To fully utilize the combat potential of ground-attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), a UAV combat effectiveness evaluation model is proposed based on Firefly Optimization Algorithm (FOA) and Relevance Vector Machine (RVM). FOA algorithm is adopted to optimize the relevant parameters of the multi-kernel RVM, and the ground-attack UAV combat effectiveness evaluation model is established. Simulation shows that, the proposed model has achieved high evaluation accuracy and is better than RVM model.
