The paper presents the design of a two-stage depressed collector for 35GHz gyrotron with a new computeraided codes-CHAELOPS. The code take into account all three kind of secondary electrons (SE) which is based on Monte-Carlo method. The collector electrode potentials and the magnetic circuit were adjusted to maximize the efficiency of the collector and minimize the effect of SE. The results comparison between EGUN and CHAELOPS has been made and obtained the good agreements. The better collector efficiency was 60% with the total efficiency of gyrotron coming from 20% to 38%
