The connectivity and accessibility of public transit network (PTN) catch an increasing interest by scholars. However, few of the existed researches take into account walking mode and biking mode when representing or analyzing the connectivity and accessibility of PTN. Actually, those mode plays an important role on PTN properties. Given that, this paper aims to investigate how the walking mode and biking mode affects the connectivity and accessibility of PTN. First, an extended representation for PTN under mixed mode (composed of public transit mode, walking mode and biking) is proposed. Then, we develop a joint degree distribution of stop to provide a solution for estimating the impact of walking mode and biking mode on connectivity and accessibility of PTN. Furthermore, a structure formed by giant cluster is presented in this extended representation with failure process. Last but not the least, several experiments according to this process are performed to show that the sizes of giant cluster. The results of our research also bring about those discoveries that S-degree (number of walking or biking neighbor stop) obey Poisson distribution or normal distribution, and joint degree (the sum of adjacent stops and walking or biking neighbors stops) is characterized by an exponential distribution. Importantly, the results of the experiments indicate that the walking mode and biking mode have significant impacts on the connectivity and accessibility.
