Summary form only given, as follows. To understand dielectric properties of some types of gases is necessary for forecasting propagation of millimeter waves in atmospheres of the earth and other planets, and for working out principles of remote sensing of atmospheric pollutions. Urgency of investigations of radiophysical properties of some small atmospheric components is also caused by the development of radioastronomy of the short-wave millimeter range.
