Semi-Autonomous cars are smart cars designed to aid car drivers to be more relaxed, efficient, and follow road signs. Some car manufacturers have worked in this area and realized the potential to solve the challenges in regular driving. With the advancements in this field, car manufacturers have implemented driverless features into some road-legal cars in some markets. The paper showcases the implementation of some driverless features using Haar Cascade methodology into a model car along with a proposed method to bring these features to existing cars through a module. The paper shows the various challenges faced in the Indian scenario. This paper also portrays samples of the working model to showcase the semi-autonomous features.
