In this report the theoretical results of solution of the problem about the record of reflectance holographic grating in polymer films with optical attenuation are presented. Radical photopolymerization kinetics, monomer diffusion and the displacement of the inert component related with this process are considered. The optical attenuation and the dependence of the diffusion on the polymerization level is taken into account. The analytical model of recording reflectance holograms has been created. The grating profiles, diffraction efficiency, selective characteristics of reflectance holograms have been obtained in the result of numerical simulation.
