The safety analysis of the shunting operation of the subway depot was carried out from the factors such as unsafe behavior of people, unsafe state of equipment, management defects and environmental interference. At the same time, in view of the hidden dangers that cause more safety production accidents, the control strategies such as digital shunting process and the establishment of a dual prevention system are proposed. Finally, through the simulation of the shunting operation process, the expected results of reducing the accident rate and improving the operation efficiency of the shunting operation are obtained.
