▹ With PT-DMA, the time delay of ASM can be reduced and signaling overheads of ASM services can be decreased obviously. Moreover, the system resource utilization can also be improved due to the preempting strategy in PT-DMA. • The preempting strategy is considered to transmit ASM with smaller time delay, bigger ASM system capacity and higher resource utilization rate. • The distributed mapping algorithm is employed to decrease the time delay of ASM and increase preempting opportunities in a data frame. ▹ The performance of ASM transmission with the proposed PT-DMA can be significantly enhanced compared to the conventional resource request and allocation mechanism in LDACS1.
