In order to promote the credit development of highway construction industry, this paper establishes a credit evaluation index system for highway construction enterprises through correlation-discrimination analysis, constructs the Combination weight-Grey Correlation TOPSIS credit evaluation model, uses the clustering method to divide the credit rating, and takes 170 highway construction enterprises as an example for empirical research. The results show that good behavior information is the main factor affecting the credit of highway construction enterprises. The credit evaluation model has good accuracy and credibility.
