Due to the multiple obstacles, false signals and complex terrain, it is difficult to provide real-time, high-precision and high reliable navigation information for the aircraft. Therefore, the trustworthiness evaluation technology of aircraft intelligent navigation system is studied in this paper. Firstly, the trustworthiness definition and application value of the intelligent navigation system are studied. Next, the trustworthiness metric index, evaluation standard and dynamic credibility assessment technology are researched, to standardize the reliability design of the system. Finally, the credibility data of aircraft intelligent navigation system are mined and analyzed from different perspectives. Then based on the reliability and validity minds of big data, the construction technology of credibility measurement data set for aircraft intelligent navigation system is established, to provide reliable calculation results for intelligent navigation system and promote the technological innovation of intelligent equipment.
