In this paper, a Full Scale aquaponics drip irrigation system is developed using PLC and HMI, Which is developed to increase the crop production with very less amount of fertilizer's. In this aquaponics drip irrigation system, in order to reduce the amount of fertilizer's used in the production vegetables fields, to increase the production of vegetable plants and maintain the soil alkalinity. (S7-200) PLC is used to realize data acquisition and automatic control of various sensors, actuators, electronic valves and contactor. HMI programming is used to develop a friendly human-machine interface to realize data display, storage, query and analysis. The monitoring of the aquaponics drip irrigation system is realized. Which gives an experience in using this system that it supports learning of PLC, HMI, Drip Irrigation, Cultivation related courses.
