In 2021, the total toll revenue of toll roads in China will be RMB 663.05 billion,of which the highway revenue will reach RMB 623.2 billion. The highway toll has become a revenue source supporting highway construction and maintenance. With the removal of provincial toll stations, the traffic mileage has greatly increased compared with the past which has prompted some car owners to evade paying high tolls by shielding traffic media. In order to reduce the loss of the highway tolls, this paper proposes a toll trajectory repair method based on Electronic Toll Collection data and toll station data. The experimental results show that the algorithm has advantages in all evaluation indicators compared with the traditional algorithm and can provide important support for the highway toll system.
