The article discusses the impact of hydroabrasion cutting technological parameters on a three-layer sandwich structure, which consists of Carbon Fiber 600 g/m2 – aluminum alloy 2024 – Carbon Fiber 600 g/m2 (CF-Al-CF). The article lists the challenges associated with the process of cutting a multilayer structure, which are associated with the occurrence of defects during cutting, such as delamination of individual materials and changes in surface morphology. The available literature does not contain any description of the impact of technological parameters, such as the cutting speed $v_{f}$ [mm/min] on the structure of this type. The scope of work included cutting out samples with dimensions of 5 × 25 mm from the prepared material with various parameters, microscopic and dimensional-shaped analysis. As noted during the course of the studies, cutting in a lower speed range of up to 500 mm/min at an output of 0.8 g/s gives the best results of cutting materials of this type.
