This paper presents the study and design of a reliable antenna deployment system for nanosatellites, focusing on both mechanical and electrical aspects. Nanosatellites, particularly CubeSats, require efficient and reliable antenna deployment systems to ensure mission success. This study examines material selection, design considerations, and testing protocols to optimize the deployment system for nanosatellites in space environments. The proposed solution includes a deployment mechanism that ensures durability, reliability, and compatibility with the constraints of nanosatellite missions.
