Network enabled Electronic Vehicle (Smart EV) is an emerging candidate to provide information sharing and data communication among large-scale sparsely or densely connected mobile nodes. More and more EV based application provides data exchanging and interaction among drivers to enhance the efficiency of traveling. The extent to which the intensive data systems can benefit the travelers depends greatly on the connectivity and the data quality of vehicular network of EV. The mobility of vehicle may pose radical impact on the network topology and the performance of the network system. Mobility modeling and simulation of EVs are useful in analyzing how EV driver's behaviors such as parking, driving, queuing and charging are related to the mobility pattern of traffic and the possibility of inter-vehicle communication. In this paper, we introduce a realistic driving behaviors and traffic data based mobility model to simulate the dynamic EV transportation scenarios. The EV's movement is controlled and synthesized by sequential direct driving operation such as steer, speed up and brake etc. just as EVs do in real world. The EV is automatically navigated according to daily agenda based on realistic traffic data. This mobility model can synthesize smooth, reasonable and realistic trajectory of EV. Then we analyze the data recorded such as charging frequency, contact frequency between correspondent node pairs. Finally we study the characteristic of the traffic pattern and the network topology and evaluate the feasibility of EVs and charging box deployment and possibility of the inter-vehicle communication.
