The operational scenarios in airspace are becoming increasingly diverse and complex. Facilitating four-dimensional trajectory operations stands out as a prominent trend in the ongoing development of civil aviation transportation technology. The interaction and data exchange between Air Traffic Control (ATC) applications and Flight Management Systems (FMS) are essential to support these advanced trajectory operations. Based on the ARINC 656 specification, proposed a communication interface tailored for the Future Air Navigation System (FANS) 3/C and FMS to facilitate four-dimensional trajectory operations. The design has been validated, providing valuable guidance for the practical implementation of relevant technologies within the civil aviation.
