Signal-controlled intersections in urban road traffic have become a bottleneck for bus traffic. This problem can be solved by flexibly using signal priority control to improve bus traffic efficiency. With the emergence and development of V2X technology, it provides more real-time and accurate data for real-time TSP control technology, and provides new ideas for TSP, a multi-level priority adjustment strategy based on a V2I single intersection is proposed in this paper. Priority vehicles issue a priority peer request before entering the intersection, and the roadside decision unit combines the signal light information to comprehensively decide it as a priority vehicle preemption signal. In this paper, the range of signal preemption control adjustment expended by compressing the green light duration of multiple adjacent stages. and the real-time preemption efficiency of the continuous priority request vehicle is improved. The strategy we promote has taken the maximum and minimum green light traffic time to ensure the traffic safety of the intersection. The simulation experiment results show that the transit delay of public transportation vehicles can be reduced by 54.6%, overall delay of the intersection will not increase significantly, which proves the effectiveness of the strategy we promote.
