In the paper on the basis of Flock-Bloch theory the correct analytical expressions for transmission and reflection coefficients of linear anisotropic periodic structure in external electric field are obtained both at absence and at presence of defective layer. The distribution of a light field in the structure is analyzed. Obtained results can be useful for creation the elements of integrated optics to control the parameters of light wave.
