This paper will outline the Strategic Planning and Prioritization (SP2) process which is aimed at helping decision makers to determine the best portfolio of technologies or programs to benefit their overall vision. In the past several years the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory at Georgia Tech has developed and implemented the SP2 process in applications involving commercial sponsors and government agencies.
