A millimeter-wave phased antenna array (PAA) is under development for use in radar reflectometric imaging in magnetic fusion plasmas. Functioning as a variable focal length lens, the output of the piezoelectric transducer controlled PAA can be imaged onto the target plasma with a voltage-controlled image depth. Measurement and simulation data are presented.
