The hydraulic braking system is one of the key functional subsystems that affect the safety of aircraft take off and landing[1]. The vibration of the barking system can lead to damage to the hydraulic pipelines and equipment failures, causing safety problems of aircraft takeoff and landing [2]–[3]. This paper built mathematical models for the vibration problem that occurred during the test of a certain type of aircraft braking system and also, simulation analysis and research were conducted. Through the research, it was found that the vibration mechanism of the braking system was a type of nonlinear self-excited vibration with positive feedback. Improvement solutions for the braking system were proposed, and a preliminary assessment of the stability margin of the improved system was conducted.
