With the further development of economy and technology, the problem of the last kilometre in logistics distribution has become a key issue restricting the whole logistics distribution chain. With the characteristics of low cost, high speed and high accuracy, drone delivery has become a better choice to solve the last-mile problem. This paper establishes a VRP model for drone delivery, studies the optimal solution for drone delivery under the constraints, improves the ability to solve complex problems, and introduces arithmetic examples for verification analysis to enhance the persuasive power of the model.
