With the development of military aerospace, the space field has become an important space for the control of information rights. In order to improve the reliability and flexibility of space-based information equipment, the realization of the functions of large satellites through the cooperation of multiple small satellites has become a hot research direction. The basis of satellite cooperation is the ability of inter-satellite communication. The traditional centered inter-satellite network has low survivability. If a satellite, especially the satellite responsible for network management, fails, it will cause greater damage to the entire satellite network function. This paper proposes a distributed communication method for inter-satellite links based on a time reversal algorithm. When a small number of satellites fail, other satellites can still retain most of the communication functions.
