Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a wellknown technique for creating non-invasive, high resolutionimages of biological microstructure. OCT has matured into animportant imaging modality since its invention in 1991. Thepopularity of the method lies in the numerous advantages that itoffers high detection sensitivity allowing fast imaging speed, andhigh spatial resolution. In this paper we propose to analyze thistechnique and it's applications in biomedical images.
