In this paper the conventional circular patch has been designed and modified into perturbed patch which is Swastik shaped. The resonating frequency has been chosen as 15 GHz for 5G application. FR4 epoxy material has been chosen for the substrate material which has fire redundant property the size of the substrate as well as the ground plane is $80\times 80 \ \mathbf{mm}$. The circular patch are imposed at 4 corners with a specified distance between them and the line feed technique is used. The simulation is done by the Ansys HFSS electromagnetic simulation software. Different parameters like S-Parameter, VSWR, Antenna Gain, Directivity, Surface Current Distribution has been calculated. The antenna is designed for 5G communication applications. The main purpose is to enhance the gain and directivity of antenna by implementing more number of patchs.
