Millimeter-wave technology with its large bandwidth is the fastest growing small-cell backhaul solution for next generation wireless networks. E-band can provide twice 5 GHz bandwidth, offering 10 GHz aggregate spectrum (71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz) and enable Gbps data rates. In this paper, E-band radio performance in line- of-sight (LOS) path conditions was recorded and correlated with weather statistic.
