The whole delivery of flight test data typically takes 1–2 days to complete in traditional civil aircraft flight testing. On the basis of an airborne high-performance server, a comprehensive online preprocessing system for airborne flight data testing was created. To execute real-time analysis, monitoring, and storing on real-time airborne data flow, this system makes use of hyperthreading, edge computing, and dynamic memory allocation. Since all flight test data can be sent as soon as the aircraft lands, this method has considerably increased the efficiency of flight testing.
