At present, the construction of my country's transportation system is becoming more and more perfect, which has improved the level of manufacturing rail transit equipment to a certain extent. With the continuous improvement of transportation modes, there are more and more vehicles, and gradually showing the trend of developing to rail transportation. The subway and light rail are developing rapidly. At the current stage of rapid development of rail transit car bodies, welding technology plays an important role in the manufacture of rail transit car bodies. On this basis, people's requirements for the aesthetics, safety, comfort and reliability of rail transit vehicles have also been improved to a certain extent. As the integration of high-tech at this stage, rail transit vehicles involve a wide range of specialties, which also effectively reflects the comprehensiveness of the rail transit system from the side. As one of the most widely used technologies for manufacturing rail transit vehicles, the level of welding technology and the ability to realize material technology have a direct impact on whether the train can be realized in the full life cycle of high-speed transportation. Property and life safety are also closely related. Make full use of the intelligent welding management and control system platform to expand and improve each application system, and realize the sharing of production data such as real-time monitoring of welding machine status, online control of welding process parameters, welding process management, and data statistical analysis.
