This paper presents a simulation platform designed to address the challenges of integrating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) into urban airspace, with a focus on energy consumption analysis. More generally, it highlights the technical requirements regarding risk analysis to assist future regulations and manage potential hazards. The platform consists of two levels: (1) generating safe flight paths using a collision avoidance algorithm and (2) simulating the dynamic behavior of quadcopters. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach compared to traditional methods. Additionally, the platform can predict energy consumption, aiding in mission feasibility analysis. Initial statistical analysis using Python libraries provides the groundwork for further risk assessment.
