Based on the establishment of the dynamic model of the tracked vehicle and the measured road surface model, the simulation of ride comfort is conducted by using the virtual prototype technology in this paper. Through choosing the vehicle equipped with different schemes of suspension device, the data of two test points of the vehicle are obtained and processed respectively. Then compared the test data with the simulation data, the result shows that the simulation model has good reliability to be used to evaluate and improve the performance of tracked vehicle ride comfort and the test method is reasonable and feasible.
