According to the regulations, it is necessary to consider in-flight cabin pressurization failure and design corresponding emergency procedures, so as to ensure that the aircraft can avoid obstacles and fly to the alternate safely when it is in emergency descent and flying at low altitudes. At present, when designing cabin pressurization failure emergency procedures, obstacle analysis and escape routes are mainly determined by manual analysis. This paper deeply analyzes the principles of cabin pressurization failure emergency procedures designing, designs intelligent algorithms which can automatically analyze obstacles in digital terrain data, and intelligently look for the escape routes and airports. Through the system development practice, it can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the design of cabin pressurization failure emergency procedures. At the same time, an innovative cabin pressurization failure analysis method is proposed when the aircraft deviates from the original route, which solves a difficult problem in the industry.
