In today's world, transportation has become critical for people to get from one place to another. It's difficult to comprehend the difficulties of a crippled person who is confirmed to a wheelchair and has limited mobility. Scooters with side wheel attachments were created in order to provide effective rehabilitation services to physically challenged individuals. The proposed method includes a feature for lifting the smaller balancing wheels when the brake is applied suddenly. When a handicapped person needs to apply the brakes quickly, there is a lack of awareness. Automatic fuel reduction occurs when he applies the brake. So that the driver slows down to a safe speed and the vehicles are able to relax The speed sensor displays the maximum speed, which is the reference speed, say 60kmph. This project aims to control the fuel flow of a vehicle when its speed exceeds the reference speed, say 60kmph while using speed, brake, and acceleration conditions as control parameters in vehicles used by physically challenged people, particularly paraplegics.
