The SOLAS Convention stipulates that large passenger ships must be equipped with life support equipment. The marine evacuation system has better characteristics than traditional ways, which takes up less deck space and higher evacuation efficiency. It is the main research direction of life support equipment for passenger ships. This paper proposes an inflatable slide-type marine evacuation system based on beam-truss structures. A constitutive model is established based on the characteristics of TPU materials to predict the mechanical properties of the inflatable structure. According to the sealing and load bearing requirements of structural parts, the manufacturing process is established; Based on the truss theory, the influence of internal pressure of airbag, the length of the whole slide and the side length of slide section on the structural stiffness of the slide is analyzed; The results show that the evacuation system has high reliability and safety, and the actual evacuation efficiency can reach 524 people / 30 minutes.
