In this paper, the optimal probabilistic collaborative caching strategy in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV)-assisted vehicular networks is proposed to improve the service experience of autonomous vehicles. We establish a comprehensive framework for modeling and analyzing the collaborative caching performance based on stochastic geometry and formulate the optimal probabilistic caching problem with reasonable approximations. An improved differential evolution algorithm combined with the sine cosine algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is developed to solve the problem numerically. Simulation results show the accuracy of our analytical models and validate the efficiency of the optimal caching strategy.
