This paper proposes a novel dispatching strategy based on the principle of Two Dimension Plane Layout (TDPL). The proposed strategy focuses on the decomposing way and the completeness of V2G service command. To satisfy the demands of Electric Vehicle (EV) customers and complete V2G service command simultaneously, the proposed strategy schedules EVs to cooperate with others rather than repeatedly changes the status of an individual EV. Finally, from the simulation results, the coordinating sequence of an EV fleet and the completion rate of V2G service command can be obtained, which verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
