Electric bikes offer a clean alternative to fossil fuel-powered vehicles, contributing to environmental preservation. This project aims to develop an electric bike with smart features including GPS live location tracking, smart display, and accident detection. Particularly beneficial for late-night commuters, the GPS feature ensures safety by automatically sending notifications for assistance when needed. The bike incorporates a self-charging system, reducing reliance on charging stations through a dynamo, motor, and battery closed-loop mechanism. Testing revealed the bike's capability to run for approximately 5.5 hours at speeds of 45 to 50 km/h without self-charging, extending to 6 hours with the self-charging enabled. The project also successfully tested the GPS live location tracking and accident detection system. This innovation presents a significant step towards sustainable and safer urban transportation.
