With the steady development of China’s shipping industry and shipbuilding industry, the relevant inspection laws and systems in the process of ship manufacturing and maintenance are more perfect. The design of ship inspection equipment with excellent performance is helpful to ensure the safe operation of ships and the efficient implementation of all aspects of ship inspection. Shaft power is one of the main performance parameters of ship power system, which directly reflects the working state of ship power system. In this paper, the photoelectric non-contact power acquisition device of photoelectric shaft is studied. When using this method, the measurement error will be caused by the deviation of the installation of photoelectric code disc. Therefore, by analyzing the trajectory of the photoelectric sensor sweeping the eccentric code disc, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the eccentric error of the photoelectric code disc. Based on the design idea of higher stability than line in plane space, a semicircle arc fixer is designed to reduce the eccentricity error in the installation process of photoelectric code disc. By using the area projective theorem, the factors affecting the vertical error of photoelectric code disc are analyzed. The fixed relation of positioning card and photoelectric code disc is established by using the four-way positioning theorem, so that the positioning and calibration of the vertical degree of photoelectric code disc are realized and the vertical error of photoelectric code disc is reduced.
